Can I track my order?
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR STORE COLLECTION ?
There is no charge for our Click and Collect service.
WHERE SHOULD I GO TO COLLECT MY ORDER ?
To collect your order please just come to the first floor of the shop where you will be able to ask one of our marvellous members of staff where to go.
What is your return policy?
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT MY ORDER ?
If you no longer want your order we would appreciate a phone call but failing that your order will be reserved for three days.
What payment methods do you accept?
HOW LONG ARE ORDERS KEPT FOR COLLECTION ?
Orders are kept for up to seven days after the point of order. Once this has expired your order will be placed back on the shelf available to all customers.
